Veteran/Patriot Business Marketplace (VBM)
Held during the Wings Over Houston Airshow 2026

                               

 

Dates: Saturday & Sunday, October 31 – November 1, 2026
Location: Ellington Airport & Houston Spaceport
Expected Attendance: 100,000+ attendees

This event gives Veteran-Owned Businesses and Patriot Owned Businesses the opportunity to showcase their services, build visibility, and connect with the community during one of Houston’s largest public events.

What You Receive as a Vendor

• Vendor Media Kit

• One 6-foot table

• Two chairs

• Covered space inside the Veterans Business Marketplace tent

• Lunch provided for two people each day

• Vendor insurance included

• High-traffic exposure at a major regional event

Vendor Pricing

HRVCC Members: $350
Non-Members: $400 (as space allows; registration opens May 1st)

Important Event Rules

Because this event is held on an active military airfield, all vendors must follow these rules:

• Vendor gates open at 6:30 AM

• All vehicles must be off the airfield by 7:30 AM

• Dress appropriately for weather (this is an outdoor, all-day event)

• No weapons

• No flammable materials

• No adult materials

How to Earn a Free Vendor Table

Vendors can earn a refund for their table by referring sponsors or other vendors.

Option 1 – Refer Sponsors

If someone uses your referral code and signs up as a qualifying sponsor, you may earn a free table.

Option 2 – Refer Vendors

• Refer 3 paid vendors → Earn 1 free table

• Refer 6 paid vendors → Earn 2 free tables

Important:
You must first register and pay to receive your referral code.

1. Register as a vendor

2. Pay your vendor fee

3. Receive your referral code (optional incentive)

4. Arrive early on event day

5. Set up and promote your business

Volunteer Opportunities

Support the Veterans Business Marketplace by volunteering your time and helping ensure a successful event for our veteran-owned businesses and community partners.

Volunteers Are Needed For:

• Event set-up

• Event tear-down

• Daily morning operations

• Daily afternoon operations

Volunteer Perks Include:

• Free lunch during your volunteer shift

• Opportunity to enjoy portions of the airshow during scheduled breaks

• Meaningful involvement in supporting Veteran-Owned Businesses and the community
